Distribution Rights

Ownership & Lisence Grant

01.1

All digital products, including courses, templates, and associated materials ("Products"), remain the exclusive property of DigitalLAlexandra. Purchasing or accessing these Products grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products under the terms specified herein.

Permitted Uses

02.1

Personal Use - Buyers are permitted to use the Products for personal educational purposes only.

02.2

Affiliate Promotion - Affiliates may promote and sell the Products under their personal brand, provided they adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

03.

Prohibited Uses

03.1

Resale and Redistribution - Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or offer the Products through any platform, including but not limited to marketplaces, membership sites, or auction sites.

03.2

Modifications - Buyers are prohibited from modifying, editing, or altering the content of the Products in any manner.

03.3

Unauthorized Hosting - The Products must not be hosted, uploaded, or shared on any platform without explicit permission from DigitalLAlexandra.

03.4

Corporate Purchases - All Products are unavailable for purchase by corporations or entities intending to resell or distribute them.

04.

Delivery Method

04.1

All Products are delivered digitally through the Systeme.io platform. Buyers will receive access via email upon purchase and can access the Products through their Systeme.io account.

05.

Termination of License

05.1

Any violation of this Distribution Rights Agreement may result in the immediate termination of the license, with no refund provided.

06.

Limitation of Liability

06.1

DigitalLAlexandra is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized distribution of the Products by the buyer.

07.

Governing Law

07.1

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
