Terms & Conditions

Parties
01.1
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision, access, and use of all digital products, courses, and affiliate programmes offered by DigitalLAlexandra (hereafter “the Company”), a sole trader operating under UK law.
01.2
“You” refers to the individual or entity purchasing products, accessing digital content, or participating in the affiliate programme.
02.
Acceptance of Terms
02.1
By accessing the Company’s website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including all referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Terms, Distribution Rights, Earnings Disclaimer).
03.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
03.1
Users must be of legal age (18+) to form a binding contract.
03.2
By accepting these Terms, the user warrants that they possess legal capacity to enter into a contract.
03.3
The Company does not accept responsibility for transactions made by individuals under 18. Parents or guardians authorizing purchases on behalf of minors must ensure compliance with these Terms.
04.
Accounts and Security
04.1
Users creating accounts are responsible for maintaining security and confidentiality of credentials.
04.2
The Company must be notified immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
05.
Digital Products & Access
05.1
The Company provides digital courses and resources, including some products with Master Resell Rights (MRR), as defined in the Distribution Rights Agreement.
05.2
Access is granted upon successful payment. All products are non-refundable.
05.3
Users are prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, or selling content beyond the rights granted.
05.4
Access and Support: In case of technical issues accessing purchased content, users may contact enquire@digitallalexandra.com. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly. Access interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Systeme.io) are beyond the Company’s control.
06.
Payment and Pricing
06.1
All payments are in GBP (£) and must be completed before access to products.
06.2
Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.
06.3
Prices may change, but changes shall not affect products already purchased.
07.
Intellectual Property
07.1
All content remains the intellectual property of DigitalLAlexandra, unless explicitly transferred in a separate agreement.
08.
Affiliate Programme
08.1
Participation is governed by the separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
09.
Limitation of Liability
09.1
Products are provided “as is” without warranty.
09.2
Liability for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential) is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
10.
Indemnification
10.1
Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from misuse of products or breach of Terms.
11.
Termination
11.1
The Company reserves the right to terminate access in the event of violations or misuse.
12.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
12.2
Disputes shall first attempt resolution via mediation; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.

Miscellaneous
13.1
Invalidity of any clause does not affect the remainder.
13.2
Amendments will be notified to users; continued use constitutes acceptance.
